VHD’s core activities include design consulting, project management, design review, and construction supervision for water supply and drainage pipeline systems, wastewater treatment, and environmental sanitation works. Survey consulting, feasibility study (FS) preparation, project cost estimation; construction drawing design and cost estimating; tender document preparation and bid evaluation; construction design and total construction estimate review; project management; contract management; construction supervision; and supply of water supply and waste treatment equipment.
